Fancy cancels, 1929-50, 16 covers with unique cancels all beautifully struck, many have elaborate illustrated cancels matching the town name, such as a hammer for Hammer, South Dakota, "W" for Worth, Illinois; there are also insects, acorns, "A.P.S.", masonics, George Washington, a bucking bronco and more. A lovely lot of these interesting and imaginative modern fancy cancels, generally Very Fine.
