1861-1915, mostly used collection balance, neatly mounted on 13 Scott hingeless album pages, including better items cataloging up to $225 each. In mixed condition with occasional faults, and with centering that is typical of the period. About 65% to 75% of the catalog value is in stamps in Fine or F.-V.F. condition without faults. We note three Trans-Mississippi mint stamps with P.S.E. certificates. A couple high catalog appearing items were not counted. Many useful stamps here. Fully imaged on the web - have a look.
