1861, 3¢ rose (Scott 65), used in 1866 with a socked-on-the-nose PAID cancel plus two supplemental postal markings that tell a story; one is "ADVERTISED" in an oblong frame and the other is "UNCLAIMED" in bold, the advertised marking indicates no one came to the post office to pick this letter up so it was publicly advertised, usually in the local paper; after this the letter was still not claimed, so the post office marked it as such; cover is backstamped with "Dover, N.H.", Very Fine to Extremely Fine.
