1863, 2¢ Jackson, black (Scott 73), a Fine example tied by lightly struck Syracuse N.Y. postmark on a lovely embossed Valentine cover, with the 2¢ paying the local drop rate. The cover is unusually nice, with a magnificent fold-out multicolor back, Very Fine.
