1928-31, small group of commemorative sheets (Scott 645//702), including Sc #645 (some perf separations at stamps 9 and 10 between rows 5 and 6 at right), 646 (hinge reinforcements in many places on reverse - 65 single stamps are n.h.), 647 (the sheet is in half but all stamps are n.h.) and 702 (has some perf separations, hinge remnants on the plate # block, and some of the stamps are n.h.) the neat thing about this sheet is it appears to have had something on the plate or paper during printing, o.g., some never hinged / some hinged, Fine to Very Fine. Scott $1,227.
