The Collectors Club of Chicago reprint, a massive (and very heavy work) with an immense body of original data, invaluable to the postal historian. Volume 1 covers Oct 1860-Sept.1866, Volume 2 covers Oct. 1866-Sept. 1872. Volume 1 is inscribed "No. 282 of 300". Nearly new.
