Special Delivery, 1895, 10¢ blue (Scott E5), used with 2¢ postage on a lovely 1898 advertising cover from Atlantic City, N.J. to New York, not delivered because the recipient's office was closed. Reverse bears a printed New York label explaining the special delivery service (from the 11th printing of these labels), plus Philadelphia transit cancel, Very Fine, a very scarce usage.
