Confederacy, 1863, 10¢ Jeff Davis, greenish blue (Scott 11c), a fantastic gem example with parts of 8 neighbors (Jeff was clearly trying to expand the Confederacy), o.g., never hinged, Superb, with 2013 P.S.E. certificate graded Gem 100J.
