1851, 3¢ pale orange brown, type I (Scott 10), a lovely example canceled (but not quite tied) on a cover to a lady in the Utica Asylum, NY, with an indistinct "Albany & …" railroad postmark at left, Fine to Very Fine, with Amonette's certificate attesting to the precise shade.
