Lodge" as Senator from MA and Chair of the Committee on Foreign Relations, on committee stationery, Washington, 10/20/1919, he tells a constituent that the newly formed League of Nations "in its present form is full of serious dangers, not only to the cause of peace, but to the rights and interests of the American people…" Folds, otherwise choice.
