1863, 2¢ Jackson, black (Scott 73), horizontal strip of 5, s.e. at right, tied by target cancels and two light strikes of Apr. 13 (1865) circular datestamp (town unreadable) on an 1865 mourning cover to New Hamburgh P.O., Canada West, sent through the Detroit exchange office, with red "U.S. 10cts. Paid" in oval handstamp, "Berlin U.C. AP 14" and "New Hamburg AP 15, 1865" backstamps, Very Fine.
