1851, 1¢ Franklin, blue, type II (Scott 7), position 31L2, a spectacular gem with enormous margins all around including parts of adjoining stamps at top and bottom, rich dark shade, and an unobtrusive strike of circular datestamp, Superb, with 1988 P.F. and 2011 P.S.E. certificates, the latter graded SUP 98, ex Vogel and Gorham.
