Ecuador, Guanacaste Province, 1885-89, 13 different overprints on regular issues and 10 overprints on fiscal issues, mostly used but 1 each 2c and 1c are unused with o.g. The Scott catalog notes "counterfeits of most Guanacaste issues are plentiful" and none of these have been signed or otherwise authenticated. Accordingly the lot is sold "as is". If they were all genuine, they would catalog well over $10,000. A useful reference collection in any case.
