1898-1963, commemorative issues, a mostly mint collection, nearly complete for the period with some better, in mounts (a few hinged) on Minkus and Scott album pages. Mostly clean and attractive, with only a few faults on the earlier issues and much mint n.h. throughout. A useful collection, by a collector for a collector, generally Fine to Very Fine. Shipping weight 2.5 lbs / 1.1 kilos. Scott $2,700.
