1852-1944, a mint and used collection balance, hinged or in mounts on Scott album pages. Mostly used through 1890, with better items including#36 ($325), 70 ($300), 78b ($475). Mint includes #113 ($500), Columbians to the 15¢, 1¢ to 8¢ Pan-Americans, Jamsstown complete, 5¢ Panama-Pacific perf. 10, most commemoratives from about 1922 to 1940 (including many blocks of 4), the 1931 definitive issue in blocks of 4, Presidentials complete singles + blocks of 4 to the $2, and a nice group of early airmails. A fairly clean collection with few if any faults noted, the used are mainly Fine, the mint are mainly Fine to Very Fine. A nice lot for the collector, with a nice range of issues. A sampling has been imaged. Shipping weight 3 lbs / 1.35 kilos. Scott $8,500+.
