Revenue, 1862-71, First, Second and Third Issues, perforated, a visually stunning collection (Scott R1c//R150), focusing on handstamp cancels in a variety of colors and shapes…a few have manuscript cancels but not many. Truly a labor of love in acquiring such unique items! Of particular note are R21c, R31c, R73c, R74c, R79c, R80c, R90c, R97c, R100c, R101c, R108, R113, R119, R121, R129-R131, R149 and R150. Missing some of the high values and of course the large and small Persian rugs (but they are offered in this sale as individual lots). There is also a handful of duplicates with different cancels not counted in the catalog value listed here, such a neat lot! Very Fine overall. Scott $15,924 ++.
