France, 1849-1940, a predominately used collection, housed in two Scott National album and neatly mounted on pages, nearly complete for the period with many shade varieties, includes early semi-postals as well; some mint singles appear around the late 1920's and are interspersed throughout but all are hinged; a lovely collection that needs to be merged into one single collection as the second album has many Semi postals, airmails and postage dues! Quite decent condition and all of one album imaged on the website, overall Fine to Very Fine. Scott approximately $7,983.
