Vintage "Smith Brothers Pure Borax" Advertising Poster, ca. 1884, This ornate chromolithograph features allegorical female figures representing purity and cleanliness, surrounded by domestic scenes illustrating borax's many household uses. A stunning example of Victorian-era advertising art, this poster embodies the opulence and artistic craftsmanship of late 19th-century product promotion. Dimensions 11 x 14" with damage to the lower right hand corner, still quite suitable for framing; with carboard backing and shrink wrpped.
