Reverse shows NEW YORK/PAID ALL opera glass transit and UPLAND arrival datestamp. Letter readdressed and franked with US 2¢ Bank Note, tied by CHESTER/PA duplex cancel, and showing MONTROSE arrival datestamp on reverse applied on re-direction. A scarce combination franking, Fine to Very Fine.
