1923, 2¢ Harding, flat plate printing, perf. 11, drastic misperf (Scott 610), bottom right block of 36, the rightmost column with foldover resulting in an interesting diagonal perforation which includes three stamps, the block is precancelled "Waco, Texas" and includes a very fine plate block of six and sideographers intials on the opposite side; an exceptional item! o.g., never hinged, Very Fine.
