There are a few small faults but the majority of the stamps are clean, with some never hinged, generally Fine to Very Fine, a useful lot for the collector or dealer, as there are many nice clean sets in the $30 to $150 catalog value range. A clean collection overall, with only a few tiny flaws noted (for example, the 1949 Philatelic Week souvenir sheet, #479, is mint n.h. but has a few perf separations and was counted as hinged), and there are many better sets and singles in the up to $150 range, all generally Fine to Very Fine.
