Hawaii, 1852, Molokai Land Deed, signed by King Kamehameha III, in Hawaiian, partially printed with details handwritten in ink, and with royal seal at bottom. The king's signature is quite strong and clear, and the document is also signed by Hawaiian Secretary of the Interior Keoni Ana. The document has been folded with some separations and tape reinforced, is a bit fragile and the paper shows some aging and toning, Very Good, a rare item of historic value.
