(#9) + two 1857, 3¢ dull red, perforated (#25), on an 1853, 3¢ Nesbitt entire (#U10); reverse shows a QUEBEC LC SP 28 1857 backstamp. File fold in the center, Fine to Very Fine overall, with 2023 P.F. certificate, a nice usage of this premium shade. Scott catalog value is $1000 off cover, the regular #75 has a 65% premium on cover over the off-cover value (which would suggest $1650).
