In mixed condition, including imperfs cut close (the Great Britain Penny Black for example has 3 margins), but many appear to be without faults, and this includes the key value of the collection, the Great Britain 1878 10s (Scott #74, Fine used, catalog value $3,750 - it shows no faults when dipped in fluid). There is excellent coverage of modern issues (mint and used, the Great Britain mostly used); issues pre-1953 are more sparse and mainly used. A nice lot to build upon, the albums alone have considerable retail value and are mostly quite nice (the exception being a few somewhat toned pages in volume 1 of Canada), the stamps are generally Fine to Very Fine and attractive, with much never hinged.
