B.E.P. Engravings, 1950's-1990's, massive collection, approximately 700 to 800 cards with duplication, in 2 large boxes, including Philatelic and Numismatic souvenir cards (Scott listed), a small group of cards simply showing lovely black & white engravings (buildings in the capital, presidents etc), and perhaps 50 ASDA issued cards. All immaculate, a beautiful lot for collectors or dealers. Scott catalog values for the listed cards estimated at approximately $3000, plus many unlisted. Shipping weight 43 lbs / 19.5 kilos.

Covers, 1875-1992, misc. collection, including:
1. A few early issues, including 5¢ Bank Note (179) pair on cover to London, a 1904 advertising cover, and a 1934 Little America cover from Antarctica. Estimate $75;
2. Regular and commemorative issue FDC's, including #611 (2¢ Harding imperf on a Nickles FDC, catalog value $90), $5 Hamilton and $5 Moore. This group catalogs approximately $150;
3. A complete set of Famous Americans FDC's. Catalog value $150;
4. Airmail covers. A large group, mainly FDCs (catalog value $3955) + some first flights (not counted). Best are a C10a + 645 FDC (catalog value $1000) and a C18 legal-size FDC flown on a Zepp flight (catalog value $295). There are several covers cataloging $50 to $100 each. There is some duplication in this section - up to 3 each.
5. A 1¢ postal card from Puerto Rico (UX1), unused, Fine to Very Fine, catalog value $165.
Condition is good for the period: earlier FDC's are typically cacheted and addressed, later cacheted and unaddressed. Main value is clearly in the better early airmail covers but there are many other useful extras thrown in. A sampling is imaged on the web. Shipping weight 3.8 lbs / 1.7 kilos. Scott $4,400 ++.

First Day Programs, 1954-2003, a most unusual collection. Approximately 85 souvenir programs (with duplication), officially issued by the U.S. Post Office for various first day ceremonies, many with first day cancels and several with autographs of some of the distinguished persons present at the ceremonies. Nearly all in excellent condition (1954 is an exception), a fun lot for the collector, generally Very Fine, a small sampling has been photographed. Shipping weight 7.9 lbs / 3.6 kilos.

Postal history miscellany, 1879-1939, 12 different covers, including a 3¢ Bank Note with major plate crack, couple ad covers from the 1890's, a 1924 incoming letter from Pago, Pago, Samoa, a 1926 registered airmail cover, #629 FDC, National Stamp Week 1935 with 14 different definitives, a goodwill Coronation Flight to London in 1937 and a 1939 United Air Lines flight log. Quite a pot-pourri, generally Fine to Very Fine but not always.
