Reverse bears a N.Y. & CHI. R.P.O. postmark, plus a printed New York label explaining the special delivery service (from the 4th printing of these labels), Fine to Very Fine. Scott $300 ++.

Special Delivery, 1895, 10¢ blue (Scott E5), used with 2¢ postage on a 1901 advertising cover from Oil City, Pa. to Pittsburg, with Pittsburg backstamp. The cover is addressed "to man who checks baggage at Union Station for Allegheny Valley RR" - which certainly rates as a marvelously unique address, Very Fine, a most remarkable cover.
