Austria and Related Areas, 1850-1937, extensive and valuable mint and used collection, hinged or in mounts on Schaubek or Lighthouse pages, including Austria proper (over 90% complete for the period), Austrian Offices in Crete and in Turkey, Austrian Military Occupations of Italy, Serbia and Romania in WW1, Austrian 1918 overprints on Venezia-Giulia, Czech and Polish 1919 overprints on Austrian issues, Lombardy-Venetia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. There are also many proofs and reprints (identified as such). There is extensive coverage of Austrian regular issues 1850-1918 plus some semi-postals, airmail and postage dues, with individual catalog values up to $200. Condition is generally F.-V.F. A superior collection of this area and excellent for the serious collector. Scott approximately $7,000.
